Salam Bounian has successfully established
The Gate project as the luxury, mixed-use destination
in West Bay – the business and financial hub of Doha.
Its unique tenant mix and luxury offerings distinguishes
it from other destinations.
Since its launch, The Gate Mall, has consistently
attracted Doha’s most elite shoppers and is continuing
to grow its customer-base. The Management’s decision
to meticulously select the right tenant mix is beginning
to pay dividends. Currently the ground and first floors
are occupied by luxury fashion brands that cover the
men’s, women’s and children’s fashion with accessories,
unique lifestyle furniture shops and popular F&B
destinations. In addition, some new F&B outlets were
added during 2022 and will help to complete the
dining experience the mall now has a luxury jewelry
showroom to add to the mix of products offered.
The second floor includes different services and kids
entertainment centers, as well as gaming, grocery
shopping, health and fitness options, West bay
Medicare is located in the third floor.
The Gate Mall is now considered as one of the premier
destinations for family entertainment, after hosting major
children’s events attracting a record number of visitors
to the mall, and supporting QTA by participating
in the shopping festivals.
The Gate Mall is also proactive in civil society and
supports social organizations and campaigns that
enhance the community, for example, our Breast
Cancer and health awareness campaigns which
received remarkable feedback from customers.
